Space Turtle’s Shipping Policy

At present we are only able to deliver within the UK, excluding Northern Ireland.

Shipment processing time:

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates:

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost of shipping will depend on the number of cases you order. 

Please note that that the delivery times below are estimates and delays may occur if you reside in an extremely remote area or if there are postal strikes or other events outside of our control.

Damages:

Space Turtle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. All orders are sent tracked. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we can try to sort it out. Please save and take photos of all packaging materials and damaged goods. Make sure to contact us as soon as your order arrives.

Customs, duties and taxes:

Space Turtle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
